Training Privates

  • 1:1 private training in Seoul. Ideally training is done outdoors, close to nature. But if you’d prefer to train in your apartment gym I can easily travel. I also can use some spaces near Gangnam, at a small extra cost. Please let me know.

Training Group / Classes

  • I have some regular exercise & movement classes that run in Seoul several times per week. If you have a small group (3-10) that wants to start up a regular class please contact me and we can discuss locations and times. If you have any special populations (such as pregnant women, or younger athletes) who require special training like yoga-style gentle stretching I am able to provide that. I have run many pre-natal classes in the past.

Online Coaching

  • I usually only do this with existing clients. But if you wish to explore some options/availability please contact me. Consultation will be done via skype & email - and video/written training guidelines will be given.

Workshops & Intensives

  • I run occasional workshops/intensives on several subjects. They run from 4 hours to 2 days in length. These are usually privately organised - so if you are interested please contact me. Topics I have run in the past are:

    • Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation

    • Rebuilding the Lower Body - Developing control and resilience throughout the whole leg and foot.

    • Osteopathy & Movement (For Osteo/Physio/Chiro professionals)

    • Soft-Body Practice - Gentle articulation and awareness for reduced tension and improved comfort.
