Online Coaching is complex.

There is often a challenging balance of things that needs to be considered.

Individuals might want special treatment, but their goals could be met by following a generic training programme and taking generic nutrition advice about protein sufficiency.

Other individuals might want simple straightforward advice, but their actual needs might require a dosage of conceptual and movement education - on top of specialised programming.

I have been working with people online for a long time. I am not in the ‘volume’ business. I prefer to have clients I can give time and attention to.
